We are looking for an entry level to experienced Technician that is responsible for the end-to-end process of transporting, assembling, and mounting signs in diverse environments, ranging from small indoor displays to large-scale billboards.
Installation & Removal: Mounting a wide variety of signage including channel letters, illuminated electrical signs, vinyl graphics, and road signs.
Site Preparation: Surveying locations, measuring spaces for accurate alignment, removing old signage, and preparing surfaces.
Technical Assembly: Interpreting blueprints and schematics to assemble sign components using hand and power tools.
Electrical Work: Connecting illuminated signs to power sources, wiring components, and performing electrical troubleshooting.
Maintenance: Performing routine repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing damaged structural parts, or refreshing vinyl graphics.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy materials (often 50–75+ lbs), climb ladders, and work comfortably at significant heights.
Equipment Operation: Proficiency with hand/power tools and specialized machinery like bucket trucks, cranes, and aerial lifts.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of construction methods, basic welding, and electrical systems.
Safety Adherence: Strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols
Certifications: Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) (NCCO a plus)
