Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installation of both non-electrical and electrical signs such as poles, pylons, monuments, channel letters, ADA, lobby signs and more. Surveying, removing, installing and servicing various sign types Lead the interpretation and application of 2D/3D drawings as required Perform tasks with no supervision while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers Train and mentor junior staff Demonstrate, lead and maintain safety practices Time management as per job requirements Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work area
