Serves as a central point of contact for new and existing customers and supports sales representatives to maximize sales performance. Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone/online, to increase Mimaki products and/or services sales. Coordinates with field sales team members to ensure goals are met. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary.
