Working remotely or at the office, The Estimator analyzes the cost of projects and prepares evaluations of sign construction projects for the sales team according to quotes, plans, quotes and specifications, and in accordance with established methods, guidelines and schedules using computerized and manual processing systems.

General responsibilities :

  •  Analyze the cost and prepare the evaluations according to the bids, plans, estimates and specifications using the computer systems in place;
  • Collect the information necessary for the estimation process;
  • Maintain price lists;
  • Document and communicate important information necessary for the success of projects for the needs of the various internal departments.

Requirements :

  • College diploma in related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field; 
  • Knowledge /experience in the sign industry and/or construction would be assets;
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and software such as Excel;
  • Be versatile and know how to work in a team environment;
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and good value-added practices;
  • Bilingual;
  • Organization skills and good with numbers;
  • Sens of initiative and autonomy;
  • Must have all required documents to legally work in Canada.
