Join a growing company! Allen Industries, one of the nation's largest sign manufacturing companies, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Project Manager for our Greensboro, NC office. A family owned company that has been in the sign industry business since 1931.
As Assistant Project Manager you would be responsible for providing support to the Project Management Department by handling billing, invoicing, freight and general administration associated with project management. You will prepare project documentation for all projects and distribution, create project packets, issue purchase orders based on the scope or work form, receive job costs, bills of lading and other related documents. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors and customers, initiate and coordinate survey requests for job sites and ensure completion documents are compiled.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Computer proficiency including Microsoft office and database software
Previous project management or billing experience preferred
Sign Industry Experience Preferred
Bachelors or Associates degree or the equivalent of training, education and experience
